Spinal breathing pranayama is a powerful breathing and visualization exercise that purifies the spinal nerve / sushumna, greatly enhancing and deepening the meditation practice that immediately follows.
This practice must always be performed before Deep Meditation, never as a standalone practice. Spinal Breathing Pramayama is for practicioners ages 16 and up with no cardio/pulmonary contraindications who have been enjoying good, stable results with a twice daily meditation practice for at least a month. A video and written instructions are coming soon from me, but for now you can read Yogani's original Spinal Breathing Pranayama instructions or buy Yogani's book "Spinal Breathing Pranayama - Journey to Inner Space". Access to all AYP books, publications, and premium support is included with an AYP Plus subscription.
